Program Objective

This proposal outlines LegendAir HVAC’s Commercial Maintenance Plan Program, designed for multi-tenant buildings, offices, and retail properties with one or more rooftop units (RTUs).

Our goal is to provide predictable service costs, reduce equipment downtime, and improve overall system performance through consistent preventive maintenance.

By enrolling multiple RTUs under one account, clients gain priority scheduling, volume discounts, and comprehensive performance reporting for their HVAC systems.

Silver Plan – Essential Care

2 Visits per Year
(Spring & Fall)

Starting At:
$499 per RTU

This includes:

  • Filter replacement (1 per visit)
  • Electrical connection inspection and tightening
  • Thermostat calibration and system startup test
  • Condensate drain inspection and cleaning
  • Cooling system check:
    • Refrigerant pressure and temperature split test
    • Coil inspection and light cleaning
    • Fan motor amperage and airflow verification
  • Heating system check:
    • Burner and ignition system inspection
    • Heat exchanger visual inspection
  • Priority scheduling within 48 hours
  • 10% discount on emergency calls and repairs

Platinum Plan – Premium Performance

4 Visits per Year
(Quarterly)

Starting At:
$1,099 per RTU

This includes:

  • All Gold Plan services
  • Deep coil cleaning (annual full-service)
  • System performance testing (airflow, temperature differential, static pressure)
  • Economizer operation and damper calibration
  • Heat exchanger inspection with combustion analysis
  • Comprehensive energy efficiency assessment
  • Same or next-business-day response
  • 20% discount on emergency services, repairs, and refrigerant

Silver Plan – Essential Care

Implementation Process

  1. Site Assessment:
    LegendAir HVAC performs a complimentary inspection to document all RTUs, system tonnage, and condition.
  2. Proposal & Plan Selection:
    Building management selects the plan (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) for each unit.
  3. Scheduling:
    Seasonal or quarterly maintenance visits are scheduled in advance to minimize business disruption.
  4. Reporting:
    After each service, clients receive a detailed inspection report outlining system performance and recommendations.
