Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of LegendAir Heating & Cooling ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

LegendAir Heating & Cooling provides residential and commercial HVAC services in Warminster, PA and surrounding Bucks County and Montgomery County areas, including air conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance, heating system repair, installation, and maintenance, furnace and heat pump services, mini-split installation and service, indoor air quality solutions, water heater services, ductwork, thermostat installation, and emergency HVAC repair.

Service Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service. We will communicate any significant price changes before proceeding with work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments may be scheduled by phone or through our website. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency service calls are available outside normal business hours and may be subject to additional fees.

Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship and on equipment we install, as specified in writing at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are governed by the manufacturer's terms. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Customers are responsible for clear access to equipment and for disclosing known issues with electrical, plumbing, or structural systems before service begins.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information about their property and HVAC systems, allow our technicians safe access to work areas, make payment in full upon completion of services, and follow recommended maintenance schedules to maintain warranty coverage.

Financing

Financing options are available through third-party providers and are subject to credit approval. Financing terms are governed by the agreement between the customer and the financing provider.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LegendAir Heating & Cooling and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
